The setup was... really simple. I didn’t have any trouble getting started.

I ran into an issue with my Red Giant account where one of my plugins just wasn’t showing up the way it should. I poked around a bit on my own, but yeah, I wasn’t getting anywhere.

I reached out to support and, they got back to me quickly. The person helping me actually explained what to check in a normal, easy-to-follow way, not some overly technical mess.

By the end of the same day, everything was working again, which I really didn’t expect. Super happy with how it was handled, and I’d definitely give them 5 stars for the support

The tools themselves are solid, and I don’t really have any complaints about how they work. But my gut feeling is that the subscription just costs more than it’s worth for the way I use it. I only end up using a few features, so it doesn’t feel like I’m getting enough value out of it anymore
